The Prosecco Rosé brut is an excellent aperitif wine which, thanks to its structure and fullness, goes well with first courses based on fish and vegetables. Excellent with Italian dishes in which tomato is present. Try it with fresh goat and sheep cheeses and ... with pizza! It is best expressed in the two years following the harvest and, well preserved away from light, it evolves reaching a good complexity both on the nose and in the mouth.
