Cuvée 225 ROSE 2008 derives its name from the litre capacity of the oak barrel in which it has been fermented. The oak supports the evolution of the different wines and plays an important role in developing their tasting profile. No more than few thousand bottles were produced. This rosé is one of the very best: complexity and liveliness together.
