Pale gold with green reflections. Nose: Opening on citrus notes as well as white flowers with a beautiful minerality offering complexity. Palate: The palate is intense with a saline finish. Recommendations: Perfect with hot oysters or fish in sauce, but also with white meats in sauce (veal, poultry). Sushi goes perfectly with its minerality. Goat cheese, Bleu and Comté.
