Produced from 100% Brachetto grapes grown on calcareous clay marl soils in Piedmont. After gentle pressing, the must is cold-settled before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in pressurised tanks (Charmat method). Natural fermentation captures the carbon dioxide, creating its delicate, fine perlage while preserving the grape's vibrant floral aromas and fresh fruit character.
A vibrant ruby-red sparkling wine with a fine, elegant mousse. The bouquet is intensely aromatic, offering fragrant notes of fresh rose petals, wild strawberries, and delicate red berries. On the palate, it is sweet yet beautifully balanced by lively acidity, creating a refreshing, light-bodied wine with a silky texture, gentle bubbles, and a lingering floral finish.
