With a refined oenological approach and our mastery of blending, we have created a complex and expressive wine. Coming from our own vineyards in Apalta, this wine displays a beautiful fruity and spicy expression, followed by an elegant and smooth structure. Ideal companion for stews and red meats, in a wide variety of preparations.
Tasting Notes
Color: Intense and deep red with violet edges.
Nose: Expressive red fruit, fine and well balanced nose, some aromas of herbs and black spices.
Palate: Round and pleasant structure, juicy tannins and a lively finish.
Serve in Bordeaux Style glasses at a serving temperature between 16° – 18°C
