Crafted from the Cortese grape, Villa Pan Gavi DOCG originates from the picturesque hilly terrain of Alessandria in Piedmont, where calcareous, clayey, and marly soils impart exceptional character to the wine. Following traditional white vinification, it undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate aromas and freshness.
Straw-yellow in colour with medium intensity, this elegant wine reveals a refined and aromatic nose, leading to a dry, harmonious palate with a pleasant balance. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, salads, and fish dishes, Villa Pan Gavi is best enjoyed chilled at 10–12°C.
