Tasting Notes
The wine is a true and pure expression of the variety, rich in notes of green apple, gooseberry and spicy hints of sage. It is fresh, mineral, linear and light on the palate, with great drinkability.
Winemaking
The grapes are picked when fully ripe, with the typical golden-yellow colour of this variety, and are vinified in steel. Maturation on the fine lees for four months without malolactic fermentation.
Soil
Alluvial soils made up of an underlying layer of gravel covered with reddish clay rich in iron oxide.
Climate
Mediterranean, breezy, with good day-night temperature swings.
Harvest
End of September.

it goes well with cold starters, soups, puréed soups, vegetables and fish dishes.
