Romantic 2011

The flagship wine of Castello di Querceto. This wine is aged for 24 months in wooden casks and a further 8 months in the bottles. The wine is of dark ruby color. The wine is very viscous. The wine has balsamic notes and strong spices wrapping and seducing with a perfect tannin structure and a well-integrated freshness. Best enjoyed with aged cheese and red meats.
