Produced from a carefully selected blend of Mediterranean grape varieties grown in the coastal vineyards of Southern France. The grapes are harvested during the cool hours of the morning and gently pressed to obtain their delicate colour and fresh aromatics. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and floral aromas, resulting in a rosé that is both vibrant and elegant.

A fresh and elegant rosé with a pale salmon-pink colour and brilliant clarity. The bouquet is vibrant and expressive, offering aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberry, grapefruit and white peach, complemented by delicate floral notes of rose petals. On the palate, it is crisp, well-balanced and refreshingly dry, with lively acidity, juicy red berry flavours and a refined mineral finish that captures the character of the Mediterranean terroir.

Serving Temperature: chilled at 10–12°C in a Syrah/Shiraz glass.
