Crafted from carefully selected Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity to preserve freshness and aromatic purity before gentle pressing. The wine undergoes traditional fermentation followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method, which preserves the delicate fruit aromas while creating fine, elegant bubbles. Careful temperature control ensures freshness, balance and aromatic complexity.
