Vinification
Destemming of grapes with a decrease of temperature at 10° C, maceration after the alcoholic fermentation of 10-15 days, racking, and soft pressing.
Ageing
After a short rest, it is separated from the crude sediment and the malo-lactic fermentation starts. After this, the wine is transferred in medium toasting French durmast barrels, where it ages for 18 months. Once the best of the organoleptic characteristics is reached, it is stabilised and bottled.
Ageing
In bottle for 6 months.

Purple red with garnet shades
Fragrance/taste
Wine from a grape signi?cantly rich in anthocyanin, with a robust and thick, with soft tannin and complex varietal scents, close at the beginning, wider with the decanting.
Wine Pairing
Red meat, braised meat, bushmeat, but also foreign meals such as soki. Sipping wine.
Serve at cellar temperature.
