Warm and enveloping passito wine from Albana, characterized by an aromatic symphony of yellow fruit, acacia honey and toasted hazelnuts. Passito wine obtained from the late harvest of vineyards in Albana di Romagna with an average age of 15-20 years and with a yield of 50 quintals of grapes per hectare. Withered in the loft with careful Botrytis control. Vinified by soft pressing and fermented in Allier barrels at a controlled temperature. Aged for 24 months in Allier oak barriques and for a further 6 months in the bottle.
Pairing: Rice cake, chocolate, foie gras, blue cheese.
