Pure Sangiovese elegant and refined, with great structure and longevity: our tribute to Sangiovese di Romagna. Red wine is conceived for long ageing, obtained from Sangiovese vineyards with an average age of 20 years and a yield of 65 quintals per hectare. Vinified at a controlled temperature with maceration of 25-30 days. Refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months.
Pairing: Red meats, blue cheeses, but also fish soup.
