Deep purple colour. Fruity bouquet with notes of ripe cherry and blackberry, enriched with cocoa and balsamic nuances. Wide and persistent on the palate thanks to silky and present tannins, embellished with spicy notes derived by an elegant wooden aging. Great with meat and vegetables dishes, pleasantly provocative with spicy ingredients such as curry and chili pepper. Serve 18°C.
