Produced from carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the sun-filled vineyards of Southern France, influenced by the Mediterranean climate and coastal breezes. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, often during the cooler hours of the day, to preserve their aromatic intensity and freshness. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, allowing the wine to retain its vibrant fruit character, delicate aromas and refreshing structure.

A bright and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with a pale yellow colour and subtle green highlights. The bouquet is expressive and aromatic, revealing notes of citrus, grapefruit, lime, white peach and fresh-cut herbs, complemented by delicate floral aromas. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with refreshing acidity, a clean mineral character and a long, elegant finish that showcases the purity and freshness of the grape.
