Produced from 100% Cortese grapes grown in the prestigious Gavi DOCG area of Piedmont. The grapes are gently pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh fruit character and delicate aromatics. The wine is then aged on its fine lees for a short period, adding texture and complexity while maintaining its signature freshness and elegant minerality.

An elegant and expressive white wine with a brilliant straw-yellow colour and delicate green reflections. The bouquet is fresh and refined, revealing aromas of white flowers, citrus, green apple, pear and subtle hints of almond and mineral notes. On the palate, it is crisp, dry and beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity, a silky texture and a long, refreshing finish that showcases the finesse and purity of the Cortese grape.
