Produced from 100% Arneis grapes grown in the Roero hills of Piedmont. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its fine lees for a period to enhance texture, complexity and aromatic intensity while preserving the freshness and varietal character that define Arneis.

A refined, dry white wine with a brilliant straw-yellow colour and subtle golden highlights. The bouquet is fresh and elegant, offering aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, peach, citrus and delicate hints of almond and herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and well-balanced, with vibrant acidity, a silky texture and a lingering mineral finish that reflects the distinctive terroir of Roero.

Serving Temperature: chilled at 8–10°C in a Sauvignon Blanc/Riesling glass.
