Crafted from 100% Moscato grapes grown on the calcareous clay marl soils of Piedmont. After gentle pressing, the must is allowed to settle before being chilled to preserve its delicate aromas. Fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled pressurised tanks, where natural carbon dioxide is retained to create the wine's characteristic fine sparkle. Fermentation is carefully stopped at around 5.5% alcohol, preserving the grape's natural sweetness and vibrant fruit character.
A delightfully aromatic, lightly sparkling white wine with a bright straw-yellow colour and a fine, elegant perlage. The bouquet is intensely fragrant, revealing aromas of ripe peach, apricot, citrus blossom and fresh grapes. On the palate, it is naturally sweet yet wonderfully balanced by crisp acidity and a low alcohol content, resulting in a fresh, lively and harmonious finish that is never cloying.
Serving Temperature: well chilled at 6–8°C in a tulip-shaped sparkling wine glass.
